The newest product line that DaZZee Integrations has brought on board is the Avaya One-X Quick Edition.  This product line is tailored to the small office of 20 employees or less and fits in perfectly with their networking requirements.  The One-X Quick Edition is a true SIP based peer-to-peer solution, which means that it is a simple to use, but powerful solution to meet any small business needs.  This product line features most business class options including Auto-Attendant, Voicemail with email integrations, Call Park, Call Forward, Do-Not-Disturb, Conference calling, and paging.  

Best of all with the One-X product line, all of the call processing software resides on the phones themselves and each phone backs up all of the other phones.  So in the event of a phone failure, all settings for that phone are retained on the other phones on the network. 

As far as the phones available for the One-X system you can chose from the following; 

The 4610SW IP Telephone provides a medium screen graphic display, paperless button labels, call log, speed dial, 12 programmable feature keys, Web browser, and full duplex speakerphone. It also includes a two-port Ethernet switch. The 4610SW supports Unicode with R2.1 firmware and can run either the H.323 protocol, for integration with traditional Avaya IP Telephony Servers and Gateways, or the SIP protocol, for support of SIP Communications Servers such as the Avaya SIP Enablement Services (SES) Rel 3.0 Solution. 

The 4621SW IP Telephone is cost effective and provides a large screen graphic display, paperless button labels, call log, speed dial, 24 programmable feature keys, web browser, and full duplex speakerphone. The 4621SW also supports the new EU24BL (backlit expansion module) and also includes a 2 port Ethernet switch. The 4621SW can run either the H.323 protocol, for integration with traditional Avaya IP Telephony Servers and Gateways, or the SIP protocol, for support of SIP Communications Servers such as the Avaya SIP Enablement Services (SES) Rel 3.0 Solution. 

For connectivity to the PSTN(phone company) Avaya offeres analog gateway that will allow you to connect your standard analog line.  Specifications include 

Avaya G10 PSTN Gateway
Quick Edition software comes preloaded on the Avaya G10 PSTN Gateway. Hardware features include

•  Four Analog Loop Start Lines (PSTN) ports
• 10/100Base-T Ethernet port
• External Paging jack - accommodates output to external amplifier with speaker
• Music on Hold jack - takes input from audio source when enabled, Music can be played to callers placed on hold
• Analog telephone (Bypass) port - for emergency connection to PSTN
